Nearly three-quarters of those who took part in the Canadian Press Harris-Decima survey assessed the performance at all three levels of government as good or fair.
That's up from 61 per cent in November.
At the time of the last survey there were vaccine distribution challenges and long lineups, but the new survey suggests that most people who intended to get vaccinated have now done so.
Only nine per cent said they were still very concerned about swine flu and the poll also suggests that many feel the risk was exaggerated.
Of the 45 per cent of respondents who said they wouldn't be getting the shot, half said it was because they didn't feel they really needed to be vaccinated.
