Insurance software provider Innovation Group is being hit with a $75 million lawsuit from the Allstate Insurance Company of Canada.

Allstate is suing over matters relating to the design, development and implementation of customized software for the company’s new policymanagement system.

Innovation is rejecting the claim, calling it speculative in the extreme and without foundation. The company says it will vigorously defend the claims.
