Crawford and Company Canada has announced the appointment of Richard Viau to the position of director of the company's Global Technical Services division in Quebec.

He has also been qualified as a Global Technical Services Executive General Adjuster.

Mr. Viau has nearly 35 years of claims and operational management experienced, and is licensed in all lines with expertise in commercial and industrial property losses.
