A Saskatchewan government slip-up has led to some personal information being mailed to the wrong people.
The provincial privacy commissioner says 136 fine collection letters were sent attached to Notice of Conviction letters being mailed by court services.
The collection letters had names, addresses, offence information and dates of birth.
The mix-up was made because Notice of Conviction letters come with an attached list of court locations.
The collections letters had that same list printed on the reverse side.
The government says changes are being made so it doesn't happen again.
They say anyone who had personal information released will be contacted.
