Home, auto and business insurer RSA is investing in the training of its people to give the company an even stronger competitive advantage in this challenging economic climate. With its new Marketing Academy, RSA will be actively investing in the training and development of current employees.
The Marketing Academy is a key resource centre and supports the company’s ambition to invest in the skills and development of its marketing talent and build a best in class marketing organization.
The Marketing Academy was launched in mid-May in St John’s, with an accredited Marketing Foundation Program. The program will run over two days and covers essential marketing capabilities such as Customer Insight, Brand Management, Proposition Development and Marketing Communications. It is one of a series of ‘best practice’ programs available through the Marketing Academy’s training curriculum.
