ACE Canada, the Canadian-based operating division of the ACE Group, has launched the ACE Premises Pollution Liability Portfolio, also called the PPL Portfolio.

This program offers pollution coverage in a single policy for owners, operators and managers of a flexible mix of Canadian-based small, mid-size and large account commercial real estate portfolios, including hospitality and multi-tenant residential properties. ACE PPL Portfolio combines traditional new and pre-existing pollution coverage with coverages for pollution liability exposures from non-owned disposal sites, contingent transportation, fungi, legionella and off-site operations on a claims-made basis.

ACE PPL Portfolio is available to clients and brokers through the ACE Environmental Risk underwriting team.The PPL Portfolio offers coverage for premises, operations, completed operations, business interruption and physical damage from pollution conditions and pollution clean-up, all under one policy. There is a minimum self-insured retention of $25,000 and limits of up to $25 million are available.
